are by the very best body artists I could find. Some
great talent exhibiting some truly excellent art.
The canvas of human skin has been a play ground for
artists since mankind first began to explore their
creativity in cave drawings. Many native peoples wear
their tribes identity with pride and families within
tribes have their own particular designs. Choosing
a design that you wish to wear for life is a big decision
- the tattoo design is about to become a part of who
you are and will affect how other people see you.
My hope is that the images displayed on this website
will offer you ideas and perspective. From the beautiful
Maori designs to the old fashioned sailor's tat or
a simple Mickey Mouse on your bum, the choice is infinite.
There is no accounting for taste in the tattoos people
choose or the piercings people opt for, but, like
some native peoples customs, many choices are extreme
and cause serious bodily mutilation in some form or
another. This website is not about those extremes.
I do not want this site to be an exhibition for mutilation.
I just want to celebrate the art and the artist...
